Description:
Current assignment has the object of carrying out partial assignments for the locations that are part of the contracting authority within a framework agreement. The contracting authority can have different partial assignments carried out simultaneously. ZAS is looking for a reliable partner who can be responsible, in collaboration with the local technical department, for the preventive and curative maintenance being re -painting and/or wallpapering of walls, painting ceilings, cupboards and door frames and the door frames, the repair and placement of Flexible floor covering (incl. Skirting) and the installation of wall protection and/or handles on all ZAS locations. It is possible that only one room of a department needs to be maintained, but this can also be a full department. The works are always in accordance with the look & feel of ZAS. The works happen in an "active" environment. Working in an active environment in the healthcare sector requires the necessary knowledge, experience and empathy to carry out the works to the satisfaction of ZAS.
