Description:
The assignment concerns the completion of a new building for day care, nursing units, a Casco research department and underground parking.
It is a medium-high building and has the following structure:
● level -1: parking garage and technical rooms
● level 0:
○ Multi-disciplinary pain center /urology/ rheumatology
○ oncological day hospital
○ entrance zone with counter functions and lifts
● level +1: maternity and delivery room with section room
● level +2: 2 geriatric departments + geriatric day hospital
● level +3: 2 geriatric departments
● level +4: airframe research department
● level +5: technical level
(attached to all lots: layout plans, fire compartmentation and overview of m2)
The building has four interior stairwells, that serve all above-ground floors. The six lifts are located on the northern side, between existing and new.
The underground The building floor also has four interior stairwells and is served by 4 of the six elevators.
The new construction volume is only connected to the existing building (main building) at level -1 (technical tunnel) and at levels 0 and +1.
The new construction volume will be equipped with an automatic extinguishing system type sprinkler and automatic fire detection.
The parking floor will be equipped with a sprinkler and SHEV system.
The ground floor only houses day functions (no resident patients) with a medical pain center (MPC) in the west wing, as well as the services urol...
