- Renovation consists of upgrading equipment in terms of functionality, energy performance, accessibility, fire safety and acoustic performance. The main interventions of the project are as follows: - the complete replacement of the glass facades and opaque parts. - Renovation, repairs and treatment of external concrete. -the removal of additions after the original construction dating from 1977 on the ground floor (in masonry of terracotta bricks). - the reconfiguration of the monumental staircase of access to the home (with demolition of the current staircase). - The interior restructuring of the spaces of the ground floor, the home, the theater, the versatile rooms and the public reading center. - The creation of a ventilation system. - The renovation and installation of elevators and highlights. - There renovation of sanitary facilities and heating system. - The renovation of the electrical installation and the climbing standards-to fire. - The renovation of stage techniques (scenography). - The redevelopment of part of the car park and the surroundings, and the creation of a knot of infiltration.
