- Lot 2 is for a box that connects to heat pump using ModBus protocol. The heatpump can be used for heating and cooling. It has a local button and a screen to display the room temperature. It must operate online and offline. The box needs to keep the room temperature between desired thresholds at all time. Users can ask for a “Comfort temperature” through a mobile web app (developed by Elia). The box will receive the schedule information and heat/cool the room accordingly. On top of that, a local button can initiate a temporary “Comfort temperature” for a definable period. The solution should not be dependent of a cloud infrastructure outside of Elia-s cloud. A fast deployment and the velocity of the installation is considered.
