- The aim of this adoption to ensure their appendices in the Sint-Niklaas district of the province of East Flanders on the regional roads (N and R) to ensure the driveability and safety of road users of the regional roads/motorways. This through the execution of maintenance works & repair works & damage repair works & execution of works of a small size on vertical signage. These works are of limited size and of a not structural nature. The inventory list and map of the regional roads (N and R) within the Sint-Niklaas district have been added to this special cutlery. If necessary, a road section in a neighboring district, adjacent to District 414 over a limited length in this contract can be included.
