Description:
The involvement of the Walloon Region - Walloon Public Service in the project makes the application of the CCT Qualiroutes and the associated CDR compulsory. This market is a work market. As part of this market, the contracting authority intends to fight against social dumping and fraud social. The work is carried out in Belgium, in the public domain of the commune of Habay, regional SPW and private of Vivalia: SPW domain: portion of motorway A4/E25/E411 between the hectometric terminals BH 160.3 and BH 161.9. This route belongs to network I, and is part of the network European road; SPW domain: national road portion N861 between hectometric terminals BH 0.7 and BH 2.2. This route belongs to network II; Municipal domain: rue de la Foret and forest roads; Vivalia domain: sales of plots to be fitted out.
