• Description:
• Works contract within the Tri Postal building located at Charleroi-Central station, with the aim of finishing/completion work and the integration of the technical installations of the SNCB Final Premises intended for the reception of services SNCB. Works contract divided into 2 separate lots, aimed at carrying out - finishing/completion work (lot 1) - and installation of special techniques (lot 2) in the final premises of the SNCB intended to accommodate the transport services the SNCB, located within the POSTAL TRI at Charleroi-Central station. The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that this Special Specification contains anti-social dumping clauses (with significant special penalties) developed within the framework of the Strategic Development Committee of the Charleroi and South Hainaut Region. They are highlighted in gray in the C.S.CH. As a result, bidders are firmly invited: - to take this into account in the preparation of their offer, the Contracting Authority, via the delegated project owner, providing itself with the means to verify the compliance of the site with these and to sanction in the event of an infringement; - to complete and attach to the offer the Declaration on honor relating to the social anti-dumping clauses included in the appendix to this Special Specification. The absence of a declaration attached to the offer or a declaration attached but not completed will be considered as revealing the intention of non-compliance with the clauses against social dumping and, consequently, considered as a substantial irregularity, authorizing the Contracting Authority, via the delegated project owner, to exclude the offer for the award of the contract....
