- Works contract aimed at renovating the roofs and the air treatment system of the Cultural Center and the pétanque hall. The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that these Special Specifications contain social anti-dumping clauses (with significant special penalties) developed within the framework of the Strategic Development Committee of the Charleroi and South Hainaut Region. They are highlighted in gray in the C.S.CH. As a result, bidders are firmly invited: - to take this into account when preparing their offer, with the Contracting Authority providing itself with the means to verify the site's compliance with these and to sanction in the event of an infringement; - to complete and attach to the offer the Declaration on honor relating to the social anti-dumping clauses included in the appendix to this Special Specification.
