As indicated in point 0. of the CSCH Points of attention Information relating to the context of the contract, this contract is part of an overall project concerning the renovation of buildings present on the SONACA site, subdivided into several components, themselves subdivided into lots distributed into depending on the geographical location of the buildings in question and the nature of the work to be carried out. This special specifications only concerns Contract 3 Lot 1, being a works contract aimed at the renovation of building A13 part 1. This special specifications The charges only concern lot 1 Part 1 of the renovation of building A13. As part of these special specifications, the name market will be used to designate lot 1. Lot 2 will be the subject of another submission. Within the framework of this contract, the adjudicator intends to fight against social dumping and social fraud. The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that this Special Specification contains social anti-dumping clauses (with significant special penalties) developed within the framework of the Strategic Development Committee of the Charleroi region and South Hainaut. They are highlighted in gray in the C.S.CH.
