The Saint-Luc University Clinics are embarking on a vast project called HospitaCite, aiming to build a state-of-the-art hospital tower on their site in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. This publication aims to inform potential bidders of the arrival of the procedurecompetition for the project described below. This publication is not intended to shorten the time taken to receive offers but to advertise with a view to prospecting. The estimated date for launching this procedure is mid-May 2024. Project description: The project is divided into three distinct phases: phase A, devoted to preparatory work; phase B, dedicated to the construction of the new tower; and phase C, which will include the renovation anda modification of the existing structure. Phase B is normally subdivided into three distinct contracts: DDD (dismantling, asbestos removal and demolition), closed structural work and surroundings, as well as finishes and special techniques. The future public market called DDD targets firstly the dismantlingment, asbestos removal and demolition of current structures (/- 20,000 m³), in particular the EMDS (School of Dental Medicine and Stomatology) and IAE (Albert-Elisabeth Institute) buildings, to prepare the land for the new tower.
