- The purpose of this contract is the modernization of the three elevators at the Hôtel de Ligne located at Rue royale 72 in 1000 Brussels as well as a maintenance contract with an omnium guarantee for a period of 10 years, tacitly renewable for the same period, i.e. for 20 years. of the Parliament of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. This modernization will include: - the replacement of all electrification systems including that of the control cabinet, call and control buttons and the door operator as well as an aesthetic remodeling of the cabins by installing new walls and a new ceiling with integrated LED spotlights; -compliance with the PMR standards of the RRU (Regional Urban Planning Regulations) in particular by the addition of accessible control buttons, the installation of handrails, the addition of a voice announcement system in the cabin and the installation of suitable landing doors.
