Works contract for Lot 6 - implementation surrounding areas as part of the overall project concerning A6K - E6K: development of the digital and technological innovation and training hub in Charleroi (lot managed by lot 1). This contract is part of a global project concerning the construction of a new building (E6K) and the rehabilitation of the existing Postal Sorting Station (A6K) as part of the A6K - E6K project: development of the digital and technological innovation and training hub in Charleroi located Quai de la Gare du Sud, 1 at 6000 CHARLEROI. When reference is made to the contract in the context of the following provisions, it should be understood that it is only about this lot 6 relating to the construction of the surroundings. The work is carried out on private land. The attention of the entrepreneur is drawn to the unique context of the project, as set out in the preamble above. The proximity to the train tracks and the presence of platform no. 1 of Charleroi station will be taken into account as well as the Police Regulations of the railways. The presence of an HT cabin belonging to INFRABEL must also be taken into consideration as well as the easements allowing access to it.
