- Works contract in 3 lots, the purpose of which is to improve the energy performance of the Alexandre Lepage school in Roux, including the supply and installation of temporary modules.
Lot 1: concerns in particular the temporary modules and works (architecture), the surroundings and all the techniques eexcept biomass (batch 2) and intrusion (batch 3). it also concerns the steering mission for lots 2 (excluding item "63.23.1c Heat - production - Thermal energy - ten-year consumption" and "63.23.2b Heat - production - wood chip boilers - installation maintenance") and 3.
Thelot 2: concerns the design and construction of a wood heating installation (chips). The successful bidder for lot 2 will be responsible for operation (supply of fuel for a period of 10 years, monitoring and overall maintenance in order to meet heat needs also for a long period of time).ed of 10 years), in order to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and, in any event, the production of heat.
