Description:
This contract concerns a framework agreement with a single company for the replacement of hard or soft floor coverings with tiles in housing of the Central Office of Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter also OCASC) in Arlon (173 housing units) and Stockem (60 housing units). This is a 1-year contract with the annual possibility of tacitly extending the contract under exactly the same conditions and a maximum of 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC). The value maximum possible market is 120,000. The contract automatically ends whichever happens first, either when this amount is reached or after 4 years.
