Work to renew sanitary installations and wall tiles in housing of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in Beauvechain, Hamme-Mille, Jodoigne, Grez-Doiceau, Piètrebais and Nivelles. The present contract concerns a framework agreement with a single company for work to renew sanitary installations and wall tiles in the housing of the Central Office of Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) in Beauvechain (20 accommodations), Hamme-Mille (24 accommodations), Jodoigne (22 accommodations), Grez-Doiceau (2 accommodations), Piétrebais (20 accommodations) and Nivelles (25 accommodations). This is a 1 year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract in one way. tacit under exactly the same conditions and a maximum of 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC). The maximum market value is €120,000. The contract ends automatically either when this amount is reached or after the end of the last extension possible (après 4 ans).
