This contract covers all of the work linked to the construction of a car park including: o 232 car spaces including 8 PRM spaces and 28 spaces for electric vehicles; o 11 places for motorcycles; o 20 spaces for bicycles. The files make parts of AVIQ financing plan. -AVIQ 2019/2023 construction plan: o SC 000017.1 Parmentier car park - AVIQ 2024/2028 construction plan: o SC 000110.1 Parmentier car park photovoltaic panels For the Parmentier car park (Lot 01): - The part Architecture includes: o Demolitions, earthworks, evacuations, clearing, etc.; o The foundations of the awnings; o Drainage, borders, etc. o Various surrounding coverings; - The Special Techniques part includes: o Medium voltage cabin, lighting and management, video surveillance, access control, charging stations; For the Parmentier Parking photovoltaic panels (Lot 02): - The Architecture part includes: o The structure and covering of the awnings; - The Special Techniques part includes: o The photovoltaic installation: Panels, inverter, etc. Lot 1 Parmentier Parking is integrated into the AVIQ 19/23 construction plans (SC 000017.1) which implies that work will start on March 30, 2026 at the latest.
