Description:
The objective of the project is to renovate, develop and equip the Vanderperren site, located rue Nestor Martin 42 in Ganshoren, on the Darwin plot, in order to make it a logistics hub dedicated to the reuse of construction materials in the Brussels-Capital Region. This strategic infrastructure will aim to support existing sectors, while accelerating the development of the reuse sector on a more structured, more robust and more impactful scale for the Region. The project will primarily target large-scale projects carried out by large private developers and project owners. public in Brussels, where the potential for recovery and reuse of materials is particularly important. Part of a participatory and integrative approach, the project aims to mobilize all public and private stakeholders concerned, relying on open governance and collaborative. The infrastructure thus developed should benefit the entire reuse ecosystem, by facilitating synergies, structuring logistics flows and contributing to a local and resilient circular economy.
