Preambele This market is part of a global project concerning the renovation of the FALEMPRISE SITE This project will be implemented by means of 3 separate public contracts: Market 1: Energy renovation of the FALEMPRISE building (pilot market) Market 2: landscaping work of the building building Falemprise (market piloted by market 1): o Lot 1: Environment of the Falemprise building o Lot 2: Construction of reception pavilions Market 3: Interior path (market piloted by market 1) The market 3 will be organized in the form of a "design & build" market, integrating both design and the execution of the work. The market 1 pilots markets 2 and 3. At this stage, no market has been awarded. This special specifications only concerns market 1 relating to the energy renovation of the Falemprise building. Point of attention: the contracting authority does not have the Equity necessary for market financing, the award of the market is conditioned on the explicit agreement of the subsidizing power for the financing of this market.
