PREAMBLE: This market is part of a global project concerning the installation of the Buzet collector in Pont-a-Celles. Due to the magnitude and complexity of the work, the project is subdivided into several phases: • Phase 1: installation of the collector (between rue des Bouchers and rue Commune) + Draft and improvement of the common streets and the station • Phase 2: Randering work of the Buzet collector • Phase 3: Main branch of the Buzet collector (between rue Commune and Assate Down) • Phase 4: upstream branch of the Buzet collector (from rue Daloze to rue des Bouchers) • Phase 5: West branch of the Buzet collector (along the canal). These are not phases within the meaning of article 76 of the royal decree of January 14, 2013, but a division of the global project. The present march only concerns phase 1. The other phases are currently being studied and will therefore The subject of other handover procedures that can relate to a single phase or a group of phases. At this stage, no market has yet been awarded. Due to the estimated amount of the work, all procedures will be made by open European procedure.
