This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work: the demolition of the abandoned building (school) of +/- 445 m² in order to carry out the new construction of a crèche of 84 places (distributed In 6 sections of 14 children), on a set of plots located at 6200 Bouffioulx, rue Dufays n ° 16 as well as the creation of a shared development of parking and access spaces for the crèche and the community building housing cyclo -Club de Bouffioulx and the walking club called "L'Equureuil" de Châtelet. __Lot 1: Building (pilot batch); Lot 2: surroundings (piloted lot); Lot 3: Intrusion detection (piloted lot).
