- - Selective deconstruction of the building R + 2, three facades, height fait 17 m, bell tower 25 m, surface on the ground 285 m2 (main materials: bricks, blue stones, natural slates, wood, steel, aluminum) with recovery of adjoining and partial maintenance of the semi -buried cellar as a base in the new building. - Architectonic concrete reconstruction of the above -ground walls of the cellar, stands and access staircases, columns support for the roof of the hall and a new grape wall (concrete veil + insulation), as well as a slab covering cellar with waterproofing. - Construction of a covered hall with wooden frame on concrete column, and zinc cover (ground surface 285 m2, height 12.65 m). - Partial layout of the cellar: ramp, sanitary facilities, rainwater tank. - Equipment: Disassembly of a hydraulic elevator and a fuel oil boiler with tank, installation of sanitary facilities, water supply and drainage, electrical installation and load monte.
