Window Agreement Removal Assignments
Antwerp police zone uses relocation services. The relocation assignment includes the moving of quantities of office furniture and associated office equipment, the contents of cupboards, offices and archives, computer material and all kinds of police-specific materials (eg weapons, safes,). This list is only indicative and non-exhaustive. The relocation movements already planned during the term of the contract are: • The large removal movement of various locations to the master building of police zone in Berchem: this concerns the moving of +/- 2,500 employees and their materials. The relocation movement would take about 6 months. • New regional offices (3 offices), • relocation movements within and to existing offices (present +/- 21 offices) • Internal relocation movements Framing in a complete redesign of the regional offices All locations are within the city of Antwerp.
