Description:
The assignment to be executed concerns the construction of new residential units in the Gerststraat-Haverstraat-Korenstraat-Molenstraat-Vlinderstraat district in Heulttje (Westerlo). A new project must come here with a number of residential units to be investigated.
The entire neighborhood (57 residential units), on 2 residential units after that remain privative is owned by Leefgoed, and the public domain has not yet been fully transferred. The neighborhood is situated in the south-east of Heultje (residential area) on the edge of the village tissue and was built in 1982.
