Description : The purpose of this call for tender is to commission a platform of audiovisual webstreaming services that can provide a multi-device, multilingual streaming service for the live and on-demand coverage of meetings of the plenary, committees and delegations as well as other events of significance to the Parliament and political groups. The aim is to ensure the technical renewal and continuation of the current procedural streaming of the European Parliament, however updated for modern formats and workflows. The tenderer is invited to make an offer for a framework contract of services to implement and operate the future video streaming platform of the European Parliament. This includes the infrastructure as a service, software as a service, operational support and maintenance services that, as a minimum, match the current streaming functionalities offered on the European Parliament's website and to support the functional and the technological evolution in the course of the contract.
