Description:
This assignment is about designing, building and maintaining a new central website for the Integration and Integration Agency (further AGII). This replaces the website on www.integratie-inburgering.be. That is a 1000 -page government website, with a dual customer group: Professionals and individuals (together 610,000 active users in 2023) and multilingual (24 languages, including 5 RTL languages).
The AGII website also monitors the vision, strategy, scope, Budget, timing ... This project leader is your primary point of contact for the project.
The voice of our customers and the experience of our employees with those customers are of great importance in the design process. The focus Must on what the customer wants (realistic) and not what the various services of our organization want to put in the display case - that will sometimes depend on the details.
Within that model, the website is the entrance gate for our online services. We have a substantive, technical and graphic way to take a road to ensure that our website can take on this role. That service model is therefore an important compass (see our vision on services and customer values).
