VN30 - Charleroi-Brussels Canal - Ronquières inclined plane Replacement of the tensile cables of the roller inclined plane bins.
In particular, this contract is: • the definition of a mounting procedure and disassembly of the traction cables; • the provision of the new traction cables to be installed; • the design and supply of auxiliary equipment necessary for these operations ( lugs, bolts, structure for killing, structure for pre-tensioning); • disassembly and evacuation of old cables; • mounting new cables or reserve cables; • the necessary controls to ensure the good condition of the elements implemented (cables, lugs, etc.); • The possible shortening operations of the cables after a period of setting up cables. Since the old age state of the current cables, this market also has to enable certain urgent interventions that would result from unexpected cable events. Currently in service.
