- The services to be performed relate to the maintenance and regular cleaning of the premises of the buildings concerned, divided into 5 lots. This includes in particular offices, corridors, toilets, staircases, entrance halls, technical rooms, common areas and other areas mentioned in the plans in question. appendix 3. They also include the cleaning of interior and exterior windows, including those located high up, on a monthly basis, unless otherwise indicated. The service provider must ensure that a constant level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained, in accordance with the requirements of these specifications and the professional standards in force. Any variation or one-off intervention will be subject to prior validation by the contracting authority.
