Various HVAC renovations in SPW buildings located in Namur Place des Célestines and Place Léopold as well as Mons, Rue des Gaillers.
This contract is a labor market which is a variety of HVAC renovation work in 3 buildings. To know: • Celestine Place, 1 in Namur; • Place Leopold, 3 in Namur; • Rue des Gaillers, 7 in Mons.Place of Celestines: • Replacing ventilation and extraction groups GP2 and GE2 by a dual stream group with heat recovery (flow rate maximum 2500 m³ / h, hot battery); Resuming a portion of the existing sheathing and adaptations. • Replacement of 11 fan convectors (pm 5 kW; p cold 7 kW) • Replacement of secondary circulators on the existing cold installation; • Installing an air curtain Hot; Léopold Square: • Replacing a condensing gas boiler P ~ 100 kW • Replacement of primary and secondary cricits with decoupling by a heat exchanger (up to departure to distribution circuits) • Replacement of GP 1, GE1 , GE2 with a double stream (2700 m³ / h) • Adaptation of the usset air circuit, extraction, rejection and air intake • Supply and installation of a new ...
