The object of the assignment is: • to strategically position the real estate in the portfolio and make it available to consumers; • Investigate how we can outsource daily management without having an impact on operations investment costs of Tourism Flanders; • identify which strategies we can use to position the heritage attractively in the market; • investigate which real estate transactions, if any, produce effective results, account taking into account current regulations. Are there positive or negative side effects? • identify which (commercial) opportunities can increase the value of the real estate; • providing support regarding business agreements such as leaseholds, concessions, temporary usage agreements, rental agreements, etc.; • draw up an assessment framework that can be used in future disposals.
