Description:
The Biocentre of Grace-Hollogne produces biomass-energy from wood waste and green waste. The different fuel preparation phases are grinding, separation of undesirable (stones, metals, plastics), drying and screening. The screening has the functionTo separate the fine fraction (less than 5mm) which ducks the power systems and boilers and can be the cause of the emission of fine particles. The screening system must also make it possible to separate the undress that can lead to blockages in the systemof boilers. To fuel the scrutive, a power hopper will be used to optimize handling operations as well as a conveyor in order to convey the hopper material automatically. The market relates to the occasion of a hopperPowering with a minimum capacity of 20 m³, an oscillating screeching system with 3 fractions, a conveyor system of this material and a portable electro-lock for the Biocentre of Grace-Hollogne. The market is divided into four lots: - Lot 1: Supply of a fuel stamp hopper; - Lot 2: Supply of an oscillating screening system with 3 fractions; - Lot 3: Supply of a conveyor system; - Lot 4: Supply of a portable magnet electro. All of the equipment will be guaranteed for 1 year. There is no option or variant. Free variants are prohibited.
