This market includes the execution of the following work: Complete redevelopment of the Edmond Gilles Square, Development of a new urban park in place of the demolished church and landscaping on its site as part of the Places of the City of Charleroi and Charleroi Bouwmeester, in Including - Complete redevelopment of the Edmond Gilles facade square with facade allowing multiple uses (fair, playground, Horeca terraces ...), enlargement of permeable vegetable areas and integration of urban furniture: - densely planted plant band in the middle of the square Edmond Gilles accompanied by 6 longitudinal seats along the band, - 3 circular seats around an area planted at the entrance to the place on the rue de la Brasserie Montplaisir (old rue du Moulin) and in front of sector 42, - modifications of the roads and access to the square; The whole Roads is transformed into unique directions to limit the grip of the car and increase sidewalks. - Development of a new urban park planted instead of the Sainte-Marie demolie church accessible from Place Edmond Gilles and the parking lot of sector 42. It offers a Course along the trees, planted areas, semi-porous semi-pore areas (children's games, basketball basket, scene) in direct connection with the low facade of sector 42.
