The contract is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1 "SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS" (and its 3 renewals) Location of service provision: Several locations Comment: Service contract for maintenance,the maintenance, operation and monitoring of the technical installations of the CPAS of Woluwe Saint-Lambert, located at 98 Gulledelle 1200 Woluwe Saint-Lambert and of the Home of Woluwe Saint-Lambert, located at 27 rue de la Charrette 1200 Woluwe Saint-Lambert. Free variations are not allowed ins the market. There is no compulsory variation. The missions relating to this contract are described in more detail in Parts 3 and 4 of these special specifications. The lot can be tacitly renewed 3 times.
