UCL SA 2020.12 - Call for applications - PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE EXERCISE OF SECURITY SERVICES
The contract consists of the provision of security services. These services relate to activities identified in the law of 2 October 2017 regulating private and special security, Chapter II, Section 2, Article 3, as follows: 1 ° Static guarding of movable or immovable property; 2 ° Mobile guarding of movable property and real estate and intervention after alarm; 4 ° Management of an alarm center, 7 ° Guarding of events; 8 ° Guarding in the middle of outings; 9 ° Searching of movable or immovable property for the purpose of searching for devices espionage, weapons, narcotics, explosive substances, substances which can be used to make explosive substances or other dangerous objects; 12 ° The ordering of technical means determined by the King which are made available to third parties in order to ensure security; 13 ° The surveillance and control of people in the context of maintaining security in places accessible or not to the public, which is not provided for in 6 °, 7 ° or 8 °.
