Description:
Belgian legislation imposes mandatory periodic inspections on several technical installations (electrical installations and other equipment). Mandatory periodic inspections for certain specific technical installations are carried out by organizations, which are accredited (NBN EN/ISO/IEC 17020), by institutions recognized by legislation and approved by the competent Belgian authorities, for the field of control activities as an Approved Body (A.O.) and/or External Service for Technical Inspections (S.E.C.T). Other mandatory periodic checks, which must be carried out by a competent person designated by the owner of the technical installations, are carried out by organizations which are accredited and approved in the field of control activity. This procedure, divided into 2 lots, aims to conclude one or two framework contract(s) for a maximum duration of 4 (2+1+1) years, the objective of which is to cover all the services relating to periodic and regulatory checks of the electrical and technical installations of buildings occupied by the Secretariat in Brussels and surrounding areas, as well as checks on request and laboratory analyzes of samples taken from these buildings.
