- The purpose of the envisaged contract is the acquisition of wood collected selectively from recycling centers of the contracting authority and, for part, centralized at the Transfer Center of the contracting authority of Mont-Saint-Guibert, with a view to its valorization as a secondary raw material or a energy recovery. The contract is divided into 4 lots described in the technical clauses.
For the first 3 lots, the price offered will be consolidated with the cost of transporting the recyparcs to the delivery location(s) in order to compare the offers and choose the lowest bidder.
For lot 4, the specific bidder
-if the price awarded includes collection from the Mont-Saint-Guibert Transfer Center and transport to the bidder's place of delivery,
-or, if the price only includes processing, this will be corrected with the current transport cost per ton.
Note: if the delivery location is different from the treatment location, internal transfers will be included in the treatment price.
The market is divided into 4 lots as follows:
lot 1 - container parks in Braine-le-Comte, Tubize, Rebecq, Ittre and Braine-le-Chateau
