You will find in the appendix H of this specifications a lexicon intended to make clear and transparent the different terms relating to the services and supplies of this specifications.
This market is intended for all provincial institutions and all ordinary management of the Province of Hainaut Applicants as well as to members of the Province of Hainaut's purchasing power plant having mentioned their wish to join this market.
Costs relating to postal shipment affixed to shipments by the customer, with or without lifting service
Shipments concerned By this batch will only be sent and freed shipments.
The customer will have freed postal shipments himself through the following biases:
- Apposition of proof of payment of the rate remunerating the processing of shipments through a freezing machine
and/or
- placement of shipments in Logoted envelopes aimed at the delayed remuneration
and/or
- Independent solution for sending packets not in the context of postal modes described above.
- Preparation of his shipments for the purpose of sending mass addressed
The customer may either call to a lifting service of the contractor in order to collect the shipments or either deposit them in an access point or post office (depending on the possibilities of the contractor).
