Description:
The purpose of this contract is to acquire travel agency services, namely:
A. Make all reservations, modifications or cancellations, issuance of transport tickets (air, rail), and reservation of accommodation, in applying the rates negotiated by the Forem and the agencyif necessary;
B.Meet the travel needs of duly authorized Forem agents and reception of foreign delegations on Belgian territory;
C.Provide any type of information concerning the services requested. The costs of the information services are included in the fees forservices.
However, it may happen that the Forem reserves directly, on an exceptional basis, trips or hotels. It is also possible that the agency is not contacted when the travel of the agents is organized by another contracting authority.
This contract comprises two lots whose objecjet:
•LOT 1: international travel, organization of transport and reservation of accommodation
•LOT 2: reception of foreign delegations and other reservations on Belgian territory
