Description:
Organized shipments that need special attention before, during and after transport, where specific administrative or safety measures are in force. It can be shipments of organic material Category B (UN3373) mainly on dry ice with temperature monitoring and shipments of steel collection material at room temperature. The transports of organic material are mainly from different locations within Europe to Antwerp University and for steel collection material mainly from University of Antwerp to different locations Within Europe. With regard to the transports on dry ice, the packaging as well as the dry ice must be supplied by the courier to the collection of collection. Temperature monitoring can be requested. This assignment is an assignment for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21 of the Act on Government contracts of 17 June 2016. The intention is to conclude the contract with a pool of three service providers (insofar as sufficient suitable companies are found), whereby the best supplier can be chosen in function of the needs of transport in question. The assignment is estimated at 140,000 euros ex VAT, the maximum estimate (above which the contract cannot be used further) is 221,000 euros ex VAT.
