Description:
The project aims to renovate the building located on rue Ferrer, 71 to 4100 Seraing belonging to the city, in order to make it available to the CPAS of Seraing as part of the call for projects "Territory zero homeless". This project is part of the sheet relating to the strengthening of theSocial emergency system of the CPAS of Seraing. This building would contribute to significantly increasing the fight against abrio without actions, including two major: 1) the creation of housing for a low threshold population presenting, for example, a problematicassistance. 2) The centralization of services related to homelessness by installing, within the same building, the offices of the entire social emergency system.
