Tenders are invited for Training Programme at the Eurocontrol Experimental Centre to Embrace Change Title: Training programme at the EUROCONTROL Experimental Centre to Embrace Change General: EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. Technical subject matter: The Tenderer is asked to develop a custom-made training, allowing to embrace the change foreseen The training will be based on new methods that enable teams to migrate from current operations to more agile ones, allowing awareness of evolutions in other professional environments, mobilization of energies and strengthening the skills of staff to imagine innovative strategies. The EEC would like to hear from suppliers with the capacity to provide training through different and innovative supports, i.e combining selfpaced individual study, live facilitated sessions, group discussions, onthe-job application activities. In depth involvement in an innovative partner third-place is also welcome. The technical specifications for this training services should include the following chapters:  Scope of the training proposal (what is included and what is excluded);  The proposed approach for the training, sparkling the innovation culture, exchange of expertise and ideas to generate innovation;  Proposed schedule to perform such training, taking into account time to integrate the trainees feedbacks
