Description:
This assignment concerns the roll-out of the traffic light influence through the C-IS technology in the context of mobilidata, or another platform that works with the CROW standards. The assignment consists of two parts: 1. Traffic light influence with a priority application for public Transport (OV): De Lijn must register its vehicles in a reliable, accurate way on the "core" of mobilidata, or on another platform that works with the CROW standards. De Lijn will make location and planning data available to the contractor. The tenderer serves on the basis of the available data to submit the priority application as accurately as possible. 2. Feedback from the Mobilidata use cases to the back-end of the line: Mobilidata provides various use cases where a feedback can be given to the vehicle. The feedback of Messages must be provided up to the back-end at De Lijn. The feedback to the vehicle is outside the scope of this assignment. In this context, the line is looking for one service provider that for both the link with mobilidata, or another platform that works with the CROW standards can be provided.
