Description:
Tracing and clearing conventional and toxic explosives along the beaches of the Flemish coast
The works include the release of the beaches of CTEs (mines, grenades, counters, projectiles and bombs ...) and, if necessary, archaeologically valuable objects to a depth of minimum 2m under the beach level at the time of the version. The actions to be performed include Mainly:- detecting ferromagnetic anomalies on the dry beach, tidal beach and under the low water line- on the basis of made-up cards, digging tables and assessments, the release of the suspect anomalies, determining the nature of the possible CTEs found Providing the necessary assistance at: • Removing or destroying on site by the Ministry of National Defense, Service for Clearance and Destruction of Explosion Supports (DOVO) • The search works carried out by the archaeological services. - Excavating and removing anomalies that are not CTE.
