Description:
Municipality of Temse wishes to convert a study assignment for the preparation of an implementation file and building application for the repair works at the Cemetery Commissioning in Vroonhoflaan in 9140 Temse. This study maps out the whole of the cemetery walls on architectural and stability areaAnd per zone (based on old age, type of wall, structure, etc.) maps a proposal for the necessary repair works, the accompanying implementation methods, the stability and the necessary permits. In addition to the preparation of the implementation file and the accompanying building application, the candidateContractor also to draw up a cost estimate in function of the repair work in the different zones. In addition, a project leader must be appointed from the study team who will be responsible for the coordination of repair works on the cemetery walls in consultation with the management planFrom the Immovable Heritage Agency for the restoration of the protected spoils on the site.
