The works include: - more limited structural adjustments, i.e. demolition works, supply and installation of walls, floors, ceilings, pass boxes, doors, joinery and furniture as well as painting. - a thorough adjustment of the techniques - HVAC and sanitary facilities: supply and installation of cold production, pipes, taps, heating and cooling bodies, air handling units, fans, air ducts and filters, automatic control, electrical installation, measuring and control equipment, and fire protection. - Medical gases: demolition of existing pipes, supply and installation of pipes - dry techniques: relocation and demolition works, supply and installation of electrical distribution panels, pipes and cable routes, control devices, lighting equipment, fire and gas detection.
