- This market is a public market for services relating to the acquisition of services necessary for development, maintenance and, if necessary, the accommodation of a mobile application encouraging entities of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation to put work of actions in favor of the ecological transition.
As part of the implementation of its transversal ecological transition plan, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation wishes to be accompanied to develop a mobile application encouraging initiatives in favor of the ecological transition by involving members and beneficiaries of the various federated structures .An considering the heterogeneous organizational context, the diversity of mobilizable entities, uncertainties concerning the support of future users, an iterative development approach based on the scrum working framework is essential. This working framework will assess user membership in certain features by developing successive iterations/versions of the application.
