Description:
This order is an order for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21 Public Procurement Act.
This assignment is a framework agreement. The assignment is divided into 2 lots.
The contracting authority places orders based on its needs. The actual ordered quantities in the inventory are therefore purely indicative and only serve to compare the offers in terms of price. This is therefore in deviation from "AUR Art. 148 Services with fixed quantities or minimum services to be provided".
Since not all sub-assignments were known at the time of drawing up these specifications the contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum amount that will be executed in this contract. The client reserves the right not to allocate certain items from the price list. Under no circumstances can this give rise to compensation benefit of the tenderer or change in unit prices.
A distinction is made between, on the one hand (plot 1), the smaller sewers that can be used with appropriate equipment. are inspected and on the other hand (plot 2) larger pipes that are inspected by persons who descend into the sewer and inspect the pipes from the inside.
