The works include the reconstruction of the sewerage system and roads in Gentsestraat, Vlaanderenstraat and Klein Parksken in Aalst. The works include: - Preparatory construction and demolition works of existing road surfaces, footpaths, local and linear elements and existing sewerage; - Earthworks necessary for the execution of the works as indicated on the longitudinal and cross profiles; - Construction of a DWA sewerage system; - Making house and street gully connections; - Construction of roadway in bituminous hardening; - Construction of a traffic plateau at the intersection of Gentsestraat-Vlaanderenstraat-Withuisstraat; - Construction of footpaths in concrete paving stones and natural tiles; - Construction of parking lanes in grass concrete tiles; - Installation of guide tiles for the blind; - Placing ter cast-on-site edge strips and prefabricated curbs in concrete and imitation blue stone; - Installing street furniture (anti-parking posts, waste bins, bicycle racks, etc.) - Construction of green areas and tree areas.
