In the context of the modernization of fisheries education, the Mercator Maritime Institute (part of Scholengroep Stroom) wishes to purchase, supply and install specialized fishing and navigation software TIMEZERO, including associated hardware. The order includes the supply of laptops on which the TIMEZERO software has been fully installed and configured, including one laptop intended for use on board the training vessel O29 Broodwinner. This laptop also serves to be supplied, installed and configured for operational use on board.
