THE PROVISION OF NEW DIGITAL PHOTOCOPIERS, PRINT SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE MODULES AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CENTRALIZATION PRINTING SOLUTIONS.... General copiers Provision of photocopiers new digital systems, Management Print Service software modules and associated services for the implementation of a centralized rental printing solution for the Epicura Hospital Center. 1) EpiCURA Hospital Center: 3 Ath sites, Baudour, Hornu and 7 polyclinics. 3000 employees and independents - The provision of different types of digital copiers under rental contract without purchase option at the end of the contract for a period of five years with the associated services (delivery, commissioning and recovery at the end of the contract); The institution will be able to extend the contract twice a year for machines that have not reached their “lifetime”, the limit of use. In this case, only the cost of clicks including supplies and after-sales service/maintenance will be invoiced, the cost of the machines then being amortized after 5 years. - The supply and implementation of a Management Print Service software solution; - Automatic supply (for machines connected), just in time, consumables, remote maintenance with preventive maintenance as well as services, travel and parts for the maintenance of the whole for the entire duration of the contract, recovery of all consumables and accessories worn and/or replaced over time. - Tr...
