- Odisee wishes to call on an external partner for the organization of some of the annual proclamations (diploma ceremonies). The university wishes to be almost completely relieved of the organization of these proclamations. It concerns the proclamations of all training courses organized on the Brussels campuses of Odisee, spread across 4 educational clusters: - Business Administration Cluster - People & Society Cluster - Healthcare Cluster - Teacher Training Cluster The training courses that offered within these clusters are 2-year graduate programs and 3-year bachelor's programs. The proclamations should preferably take place during 1 weekend in the autumn (October - November), at 1 external location, which is centrally located between all sites belonging to the Brussels campus: - Schaarbeek - Huart Hamoirlaan 306, Schaarbeek - Dilbeek - Stationsstraat 301, Dilbeek - Center Brussels (incl. Brussels-Terranova campus) - Warmoesberg 26, Brussels During the proclamations, all graduates of that year are invited, together with a maximum of 3 additional guests, to celebrate obtaining their diploma. A proclamation consists of 2 parts, namely the official proclamation ceremony in which the graduates are called (+/- 1 hour), immediately followed by the reception area (+/- 1 hour).
